Cleaning the Analog Output and External Trigger Ports

5. While applying light pressure, gently rotate the cleaning tip on the

detector window.

6. Repeat step 5, but this time with a dry cleaning tip or blow dry with

compressed air.

7. Discard the cleaning tips after one use.

Trigger Ports

To ensure better performance and higher accuracy, gently wipe the inside

of the analog output and external trigger ports with a lint-free swab dipped

in isopropyl alcohol, then dry using clean compressed air or with a dry

lint-free swab.

CAUTION

To avoid breaking the detector window during cleaning, be careful

not to apply too much pressure on it.
