Description This command sets the number of bursts used
to calculate average results.
At *RST, this value is 0.

Parameter(s) Count:
The program data syntax for <Count> is defined
as a <DECIMAL NUMERIC PROGRAM DATA>
element.
Returns the number of bursts used to calculate
average results.
