Replacing the Battery

To replace the battery:

1. Turn the unit off (either suspend or shutdown mode).

Note: You can also change the battery on a module that is not attached to a

platform.

2. Open the battery compartment door located at the back of the unit.

3. Pull on the battery tab to free the battery from its socket.

4. Replace the battery, respecting the polarity.

5. Close the battery compartment door; you cannot turn the unit on if the

battery door is open or if the battery is missing.
